Understanding Instructions

Sophie may be small (size) but she sure knows more than what I expected. She always go to the nightstand and grabs Daddy's wallet and chapstick (even though there are a million other things in there, receipts, Iphone!, bracelet case, angbao, to name a few). She trots around happily with her spoils, plopping down on a ground occasionally to dig out loot from the wallet.
I say, "Can you pass the chapstick to Daddy?"
Sophie trots along and really passes the chapstick to him. Wah, I didn't think she would understand my instruction.

While webcamming with the Gramps, Grandpa asks Sophie about her shoes. Sophie totters to get her shoes. I say, "Show the shoes to Grandpa, show show"
Sophie sneaks one shoe on the table top in front of the laptop (and the table top is higher than her). Wah, I didn't think she would understand that either.

Today she said cook-ka (means cookie).
