We tried to trick her:
1) added meds to fruit juice. She said its red colour so nope.
2) added meds to ice cream. Drizzled the red syrupy med on vanilla ice cream so it looks like raspberry swirl. She took one look and nope.
3) added meds to coconut juice. She took one sip and gave it back.
4) I poured myself a cup of coconut juice from the packet to prove its real and poured some more in her cup. She said "我要你的绿色杯”.
5) added meds to little bit of coconut juice in the packet and pretended I'm only pouring coconut juice directly to her cup. She wanted to pour out herself. She took one sip and said "不好喝”.
Epic fail. Does she really have an acute sense of taste or she's just sensitive to my shifty moves??
Saturday fever goes on. Still rather perky so just have to let the infection burn off by itself. Still ok with having yogurt and fruits in the morning.
She had one mouthful of porridge at lunch and started throwing up, like a Merlion it just spilling out. Luckily she had a bib on!
Saturday after midnight her nose just bled. Blood splattered everywhere on my arm, bed and pillow! I've not seen so much before! Of course she kept crying and didn't really let us squeeze her nose together. Time to throw away the pillow.
Finally she went back to sleep and at 5am suddenly woke up and screamed “我要大Apple!" Sounded like she wanted change of diaper and took a while for me to understand her. Must be hungry from not having much at dinner. So there goes, what an ordeal weekend. Doesn't help that my throat hurts like mad. I wonder what else there is in store.
